Delivery Policy

We always strive to send your order as quickly as possible, but since all products are made to order, delivery can often take up to 7 business days.

For all orders, shipping costs are added based on the applicable shipping rates on our website.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you have the option to pick up your package the following day at your local post office.

Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Package

If you provide an incorrect address or omit information that prevents the courier from delivering your package, or if you fail to collect your package from the post office within the timeframe specified by the courier, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the actual return shipping costs to us.

As a customer, it is your responsibility to check and ensure that you have entered the correct information so that the courier can successfully deliver your package.

Returns

Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

You have a full 14-day return policy on all items. If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must return the item no later than 14 days after receiving it. The item must be unused, with price tags and packaging in the same condition as when received. You will be refunded the full amount; however, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and must provide proof of shipment. Therefore, we recommend sending the package as insured mail via Post Danmark or GLS.

Vamos provides a 24-month warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects that arise during normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover errors, damages, or wear and tear caused directly or indirectly by improper use, inadequate maintenance, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

When returning items, please include information with your name, invoice number, and a description of the issue with the product.
