Prices

All prices at Grassat are listed in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice. Availability of items is subject to change, and we are not liable for sold-out products.


Payment

Vamos Sportswear accepts the following payment methods:

Your payment will only be charged when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. Grassat reserves the right to correct pricing errors or availability issues.


Delivery

Orders placed before 5 PM are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.


  • Delivery Area: We deliver to all of Denmark. Shipping costs start at 45 DKK.


  • Carriers: Packages are delivered via PostNord or GLS.


  • Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.


Note: If the pickup point is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest location, and you will be notified. For assistance, contact customer service.

We do not ship to foreign countries, Greenland, or the Faroe Islands.


Right to Complain (Warranty)

You are entitled to a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers material or manufacturing defects. Depending on the situation, you may receive a repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund.


The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling. Complaints must be filed within a “reasonable time” after discovering the issue. Grassat will cover reasonable return shipping costs for valid claims.

Refunds

For refunds, please include your bank details (registration and account number) to facilitate the transfer. These details are not considered sensitive information and will only be used for processing the refund.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase in our webshop.

The withdrawal period begins:


  • On the day you receive your order.


  • Upon receiving the final item in cases of multiple items ordered in one transaction but delivered separately.


  • Upon receiving the final part of a multi-part order.


  • Upon receiving the first item for regular deliveries of goods over a set period.


Return Shipping Costs:

You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

Notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of your purchase by emailing thomas@grassat.dk.

Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:


  • Custom-made or personalized items.


  • Sealed items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed.


  • Items mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery.


  • Products with broken seals.


  • Non-financial services already initiated with explicit consent.


  • Public auction agreements.


  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.


Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for packaging the item securely and covering return shipping costs. Include a copy of the order confirmation and the completed return form for faster processing.


Item Condition:


You are liable for any diminished value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If the item is returned in a used condition, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the item’s reduced market value.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Refunds include all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding extra costs for non-standard delivery options).

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof of return.
